Born November 2004, Labrador x Springer Lucy is our 6 pack girl, with a figure the envy of all the ladies, human & canine!

Lucy started flyball in 2006, but it became clear she was a bit too possesive of her balls and needed some time to mature.

We left her for a couple of years to grow up, but she accompanied Archie to competitions and started to play nicely with the rest of the gang when we were out on walks, so in Spring 2008 we decided to give her another go, rather than see this athletic little dog sat on the sidelines.

Are we glad we did!  She remembered eveything she had learnt in the few sessions she had had years before and was quickly strutting her stuff in starters, her progression to open tournaments only being prevented by us not having room for her.  After sharing a spot with Archie at the latter end of the outdoor season, we are really looking forward to seeing our slow burner come into her own over the winter and 2009 should be a great season for her, we have no doubt she will be making up for lost time!
